SATA > PATA Converter

Is it possible to get a converter to enable a SATA HD to plug into a PATA Port?
I think all I've seen is the other way round (PATA HD to a SATA Port)

You can get them but they're difficult to find. No idea whether there any good or not though. A cheap PCI SATA card will be easier to locate and possibly cheaper.
