saving a windows image

Hi all, was saving a backup windows image (plus HDD's) on both of my win10 systems. It took ages to do and gave a calculation of the size needed on a USB hdd .. all seemed to go well but when I check the resulting windows image it doesn't have any file size/data ?? Am I doing something wrong here?

No, you're not doing anything wrong; for security reasons you don't have access rights to the WindowsImageBackup folder.

but i have admin rights ?? is there a way to check to see if the image is correct or do i just risk it?

You restore the image to a new HDD.

Yes. You Take Ownership of the folder. Remember to set ownership back afterwards!
