Saving Bios Settings

Hi Guys

Does anyone know of any software that you can buy or get for free that will backup and save your Bios settings ?

Hi

To be honest I cant get in there to have a look. So I'm going to try and reset the board. But as soon as I have done that then all my settings will be lost

why can't you get into the bios? have you got a problem with the pc?

Not sure. Its just locked me out. So I'm going to pull the power and take out the battery. But I don't want to lose my overclocking settings

When i think about it. The last time i was in there was when i was setting up my SSD. I changed it to AHCI Mode. Now i cant get back in
