Saving Emails?

I am about to format my hard drive, is there any way of saving my emails i have in thunderbirds inbox?

cheers mate, just realised that as its a web mail account it also saves it there, when i have had webmails in the past it has downloaded from server and deleted them from the webmail.

is this something ukfsn does or did i do something wrong with the other emails?!
