Saw this 'lads pad' on rightmove

It reminds me more of a club then a house, you know the type that smell like disinfectant and booze?

Still, i wouldn't say no but for the money i'd buy something else! Who's is it?
 
Looks like a hotel met a club and they had a ******* offspring which wasn't given care while it was developing.

A main dining area seems to have a dressing room hidden behind a painting.
Access to the upper floor bedrooms is via a balcony.
Exceptionally odd layout. Odd finish in many of the rooms also.
Very clinical in several areas, no warmt or homelyness.
Gym looks crammed and packed with no room for gains ;)
 
All very impressive, but the design doesn't actually seem very intelligent. Rooms here, there and everywhere. Obviously designed primarily to impress people rather than be liveable.
 
2 lounges, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchens? why? its like theyve built the place as apartments but then just stuck them together as one big house with a duplicate of everything.

edit..having watched the whole thing, was it just an office building someone converted into a house?
