Cool. Erm, where do you keep them? Do Hedgehog's have their own little homes designed for them or something? Or will a rabbit hutch do?

We built it a mini hutch kinda thing.

How fast is he? I've only seen 'em run a few times but they seemed really fast when I did.

I'm pretty sure the animal rescue place will have cleared up any fleas it might have had

If it's parasite free and only stays indoors why should it get fleas? Our cat rarely got fleas, and that mingled with others and went outdoors.

your cat was probably riddled with vermin and it wouldnt suprise me if you had lost years off your life as a result.

Looks cute d_m, hope the little guy enjoys his new home.

Of course it's a statistical fact that all cat owners live shorter lives as a result of owning a pet. Tool.

Hedgehogs are cool. Is it just a baby? The ones we have here are a lot bigger.

I think it's just a baby

Why can't it be released back into the wild?

No Idea, I didn't personally go to get it, first time I saw it was when my parents brought it back earlier this afternoon.

I think I might, with the stress that our resident cat causes me sometimes.... ;)

Pet owners live longer lives due to being more relaxed and lowering their blood pressure when they're stroking their pets. :)
