Up to 20 people have been hurt and two are feared trapped after scaffolding collapsed at the site of a hotel in Milton Keynes.
Two walls collapsed causing scaffolding from 14 floor up to fall. Thames Valley Police said they believed a number of people had been injured.
Fire service and ambulance crews are attending. The Jury's Hotel and homes are being built at Whitton Gate site.
An eye witness said high winds were blowing when the accident happened.
