Note there was someone who scammed a scammer, with a fake imac. He shortly disappeared after he scammed the scammer, and was never heard of again. Be carefull.

Ask him for more details of the diplomat who will be bringing the money into the country and passing it to you. Use some story that your father is a high ranking diplomat and you are interested in case it's anyone you know. When he gives you a completely made up name carry on as if it's an old family friend and you are worried how it will look when he meets you to give you the package.

As you have to travel from "your country" to meet this diplomat its only fair that he pays your expenses for this. Request some money is sent to you via Western Union so you can buy a plane ticket to London and for one night's hotel stay (Dorchester?). You are after all going out of your way for him!

A picture of the diplomat in London would be handy too!
