Scared of brand new bike - follow up

Well done. :) I was pretty similar to that when I passed my driving test, but got over it soon enough.
 
Hey mate, really glad to read that you've faced your fears and starting to enjoy a brilliant gift from your other half :) I can totally understand how getting on a bike for the first time on your own is much more difficult that say a car, for a start your not cocooned and totally bare to the elements and danger of other vehicles!
 
I'm glad you enjoyed it and got over your fear of the bike :)

I cringe when I see people riding without gloves, just makes me think of what could/would happen if they were to fall off :s :p
