Scared

lol not 'scared'. A little anxious about the outcome maybe but I never have problems unless a piece of hardware is faulty. Being a bit anxious keeps you on your toes :)

With one of my built PCs I had 3 faulty motherboards in a row which was wonderful.

Damn that's lame! After 3 mobos I would have started to suspect faulty hardware, even if I tested it all which would throw even more **** in the fan!

Just wondering how you all hold the motherboard when placing it in the case?

I usually hold it by the chipset heatsink, I don't know what I would do if it wasn't there lol.

With my matx cases I used the cpu heatsink as they were connected to a metal backing plate. But I also use the opposite edge to balance it though.

I was abit nervous when putting a vf900 on my brand new 7800gtx 512... got even worse as when I pressed the power button, the screen didn't come on... but that was due to me forgetting to plug it in after removing it :P

On my recent build (C2D in sig) I was putting in the CPU when "WHOOPS! OH S***!" I shouted... as I dropped the bloody E6600 right onto the metal hard drive cage pin side down lol! Luckily it still worked lol.

But at first I was very wary, but now its very very easy... first time I was putting together my AMD 64 system (this was when I first started out) I didnt know what the thermal pad on the base of the HSF was, so I put thermal paste on as well lol.
