Alright Reddit got me started on this but whats your school memory?

For me when i was in canada, we had pet day and oh my god that day was hyped! Everyone was so happy for that day and me to. Everyone of course brought in a dog, cat and one 'cool kid' brought in a snake. But then me i put everyone in awe by bringing 2 Budgies.

From that day on everyone started begging parents for them.

Another one was well more of a mini food fight, seeing as we had a sub for a whole week. Was fun but messy. But we then forgot about the fact we still had more lessons to do meaning we was forced to clean up after.

All of this doesnt compare to UK. School is verryyy boring

Ok your turn.

Various netsends, proxies and quake 3 gaming sessions making me look like a God for getting around the basic network restrictions.

Soooooo many.

But one of the funnier ones me and a mate were "prefects" guarded the doors against sods trying to get in during breaks (basically getting to doss around in doors when it was cold.) Anyway kicked out some little first years, literally kicked them out, and then went back to sitting round chatting.

Next moment the door is kicked open and a bin gets thrown through at us, a bin that had been set on fire! flames and smoke everywhere so we done the responsible thing.... and legged it :D:D:D

Had to close off a small part of the school for it, still laugh my head off about it to this day :D

I got bullied most of my school life which is why I have no confidence and low self esteem.

/buzzkill

edit: Actually. I remember once a kid got beat up and had his pokemon cards stolen. Nothing prepared me for that.

I don't have any fond memories :(. I went to two very strict schools, where I was made to run around field in sub zero temperatures. I remember coming about 5th in the cross country race, could never do that now. Both schools certainly shaped my characters immensely, I don't think the effects will ever wear off.I certainly understand why it was a good idea that my parents sent me to these schools, I was an utter failure before. They were just so strict it was unbelievable, I pretty much lived in the 19th Century for 10 years of my life.

playing truant in the morning going to the park with mates, smoking bongs and then turning up at school later for PE to play football....lmao them were they days.

As a kid I was always the type to do things I had specifically been told not to. If my mum said ''don't touch that, its hot'', I touched it.

Anyway, in school one day I went to the toilet mid lesson, and on my way back started messing around with the fire alarm. I played the game of 'how hard can I press it without the glass breaking'.

...denied it out right for several hours afterwards.

rickrolling the whole school by managing to get into the teachers crosstech system. (so they could control all computers in the class/school if they wanted to.

And lots of Unreal 4 games in electronics at GCSE

Watching one of the 6th formers pour an industrial sized bottle of food colouring (purple) into the swimming pool at lunchtime. Then the whole school called in for a "special" assembly to explain why the pool would be closed for 2 weeks while they repaired the filtration system and had the now purple tiles professionally cleaned.

Oh and a chicken let loose in the staff room.

Whole class quake 3 lan party (~20 players, 5 matches), teacher sitting at front totally oblivious :D. Best part was I won :D.

You are making me feel very old.

Go away!

I once created an autorun CD which opened a link to a browser hijack version of 2G1C and left it in the middle of the class. Cue the supply teacher (IT technician) coming in and putting it in the teachers computer while the projector was on.

my first school was next to a farm. i remember we spent the day there during my first year of school in 1986.

i remember in 1989, 2 class mates dropping a large glass bowl that they were keeping snails in for a project. coincide this with the teacher stressing the importance of looking after it when they took it, as it was expensive and had been at the school since the mid 70's and it was a lol moment.

I have a few funny ones, Whilst in languages class im rocking on my chair on the 2 back legs, I mean like right on the balance point and the **** behind kicks the rear leg hard and the legs buckled! cue me on my arse trying to explain what the hell just happened :(

2nd one, i put a cartridge pen cartridge under a table leg facing the front and hit the table hard! ink sprayed all over the teacher in her white blouse and all over the white board. That one got me a week suspension :D
