I have a project to do and it includes some research.
We are supposed to talk about the journey of a cheese sandwich through our bodies and what happens.

Could anyone tell me what food types are in cheese and bread from these categories.
Carbohydrates-bread
fats-cheese maybe
Protein-cheese maybe
vitamins-cheese maybe
minerals-cheese maybe
fibre-don't think any of them have this
water-obviously none of them have this.

RED=My opinion

So could anyone help put them in the categories I will do my best once they are told to me to describe what happens to each one during the process of digestion.

fats-Pancake
Protein-Pancake

fire-Pancake
water- Pancake

There we go, submit that as your homework and I'm sure you will pass :)

Both Cheese and Bread will have significant water content, vitamins and minerals are present in both, carbohydrate is predominantly in the Bread, Protein in the Cheese. Both bread and cheese have fats, cheese more so......

As for fire....heat is produced in digestion....as well as in the baking process.

You can google the various contents of each, and the processes involved in their prepapration and their digestion.

EDIT:

Fibre is predominantly in the Bread.

When you say water in your post do you mean water content of the food or tap water? Water content in food is just literally water, whilst tap water is much more than that.
