I was about to suggest something but really? Try Googling it. Read about it. Protein digestion isn't an obscure topic. If this is your home work it's probably to help you learn stuff.

I done some looking around and do they get turned into amino acids in the stomach because special enzymes break it down
 
From what I remember from GCSE biology yeah. Proteins break down into amino acids and the enzymes that do this is protease or something. Thank God I chose to no longer pursuit biology. It's just remembering names of stuff.

Thanks dudes. Some good changes. Although I have never heard of some of the things like: pyloric sphincter, chyme, protease's, esophageal sphincter. Teacher may think I am copying.

What's this: "food derived molecules." supposed to mean?
