I noticed another SM2 score with wildy differing (from average) results.

I wouldn't mind but it is obvious that these scores are in error. Why post them?

You can cancel the first two tests early, this gives megga scores and still reports as a valid test????? I presume that sometimes those tests crash themselves early sometimes hense the distorted scores. Try it - you will go off the scale lol.

Unfortunatly it make the test very difficult to prove as genuine. You could just end those two tests a sef seconds before the end and get a higher score making it very difficult to tell.

The test is therefore somewhat flawed as a benchmark.

Now why would anyone want to post known false and exaggerated benchies of thier rig?

I am sure if a user got a score that was 2000 or so less than a similar powered system, they would be shocked and run the test again thinking it was in error. Yet when a score is 2000 or so above the average for similar kit the bench is accepted?

Nice clocks on air btw Simon

960.88

Don't think thats bad considering the rig. which is:-

2.8 Celeron D (On Water) - Running @ 3.67
2 x 512 Geil Value
Inno3D 6600GT AGP

Think it needs to be a conroe for me next though.....

Does this score seem ok for the rig? I think so.

Also, Thought I'd add a celeron to the board, as there ain't any.

i dont know if im doing something wrong here...

but i downloaded it, ran the exe and the prog opens...

i went to "file" "run all benchmarks" and nothing is happening???

whats the catch?

Probably, i need to find where I put the XL sheet with the results on since I formatted. Though the table gives people a general idea of the differences between different chips.
