SCP-087 - Short Amnesia Style Horror Game ( INDIE )

Playing the first, is it meant to be interactive? I've walked down about 10 flights of stairs and nothing's happened yet?! The suspense is killing me though :D
 
I can't play the 2nd file, it comes up with memory access violation every time I try, I tried to play it a couple of weeks ago but always get the same error

Open the options file in the folder and put your resolution and save.

Right Click My Computer - Properties
Advanced System Settings - Advanced Tab
Performance section - Settings
Data Execution Prevention Tab - Add
Browse to SCP-087 exe - Open
Ok everything and try again.

The how-to in the SCP site is crap, it gets you to completely disable DEP via the bootup options... bad idea!.
 
just loaded up second and its just a black screen with the letters 1st floor in top left, screen dosent change from back. even changing ini file, screen still black :/

That worked great, thanks, The game only made me jump with the 2 cheap scares, is that all there is?
 
Essentially, it appears to play slightly different each time, first time round it was just a normal clockwise stairwell and I never made it past the 13th floor, second time around there were left hand bends and simple rooms in there, made it a bit further down before biting the dust.
 
Part B just made me scream so loud I scared people downstairs.
Couldn't find the esc key fast enough. I am NOT playing that again.
The atmosphere is too much on it's own, was sweating just moving down the floors.

LMAO!

I've played scary games before they have never bothered me this is the only game i've ever stopped playing just cause it's too damn creepy :D. Plus I don't want a real heart attack :p
