Scrapping a car without a log book

I've got a car I want to scrap, it's in my name but I cant find the V5 document. I do however have the small green new keepers supplement which is still blank. Am I able to scrap the car with this? Or is there some other form I can use to scrap the car?

I've scrapped a car with just the new keeper supplement before, they just put the code off that into a bit on the dvla website to say its scrapped.
