hi guys i am getting a weird noise when playing this game any ideas why and how to stop it its driving me nuts.

it happens when im racing it not tyre squeal but with the sound turned down on my speakers its so loud that it makes me jump.

it only when racing ie. i dont get it in menu's or in the garage the in game music is turned of.
i wasnt doing when i was running vista 64 i switched back to xp last nite and all of a sudden it doing this.

i used the disc that came with the mobo so i wouldnt have thought so. having said that i try new drivers
The mobo disk doesn't always mean that the content on them is the latest.

Let me know if the patch helped.... If it didn't we can begin looking at other things that might be a factor.
