Screeeech on full lock

Hiya all few weeks ago went over a freshly laid road (lots of loose gravel) and now every time i put full lock on left i get a loud high pitched squeel from the passenger side wheel any idea what could have gone wrong? its been like this for about 3 weeks now any idea if it could cause any damage?

maybe a stone chip has fliped up and got stuck between the brake disk and the dust shield.
