Screen Area Splitter

Does anybody know of any software which will allow me to define areas on my screen in which windows will maximise to?

I need to run 2 screens as 1 virtual screen for MCE2005 and for windowblinds to do a transparent taskbar on both screens. But, I dont want windows to maximise to the whole size of the sceen, only to half of it.

I'm using an ATi X800 with the latest drivers.

maybe Ultramon? Not sure though, you can do this as part of the NVidia drivers software, but obviously not helpful on an AI card!

I already have ultramon, but that's just about the only feature it doesnt have, typical.
