Well I've been playing it for a few days now no problem, but last night it decided whenever I selected what game type I wanted to play to join a server it would instantly crash.
I eventually got it to work by resetting all of the graphics settings. But then after this now whenever I enable 'Depth of field' in the video options menu my screen messes up every time I aim with a weapon, also whenever 'Soften smoke edges' is enabled it messes up constantly while I'm in a game.

This only appears to happen in Multiplayer, while in Singleplayer I can enable them without a problem. I can live without them being enabled, I'm just curious as to whether anyone has an idea what the problem might be?
Also, are the ranks and stats for Modern Warfare 2 saved to a server so you don't loose them when reinstalling rather than being saved to your computer like CoD4?
