Screen problem

One of the computers in our house has an annoying problem with the monitor. When scrolling down webpages or other things, the page appears to reload from the bottom of the screen up to the top but its more like a massive judder everytime you move the page up or down.

I had this problem with a pc a few years back but i cant remember how to solve it. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Could it be an issue with your GPU drivers ?

Probably, i did a fresh install of XP earlier so i'll try getting new drivers tomorrow, just need to find out what card it is, its damn old.

Definately a driver problem, in that, they aren't installed
