Screen Tearing just started randomly in games, help!

Everything was fine this morning, and now im getting tearing only in games, the games are still running at a high fps, but im getting tearing, if i enable vertical sync the games go sluggish.

Using a 7970, anyone know why this could be?

Doesnt do it on desktop etc.
