I've seen every episode of scrubs up to the end of the sixth series, and at times, especially the first few series, it was hilarious. Recently though, I think it's got less funny, Doohickey makes some good points like the many appearances of lloyd the delivery guy. The episode with the flashbacks was terrible too.
But also it seems like it's taking itself too seriously and being less of a comedy and more of a soap. Some of the more drama-y episodes have been very good like the one with Dr Cox's brother (can't remember which series), but most fall pretty flat and seem like they're trying to, or like that christmas episode from one of the first series about faith, it seems too much like it's trying to teach a moral message rather than entertain.
As far as programmes set in hospitals, it's usually not as funny as Green Wing and it's drama is never as good as the stuff seen in Bodies. That said it has moments of brilliance, even if they're less frequent now, so I still like it.
