SCSI hard drive - need help making a choice

Which would you pick?

MAX3073NP http://193.128.183.41/home/v3__product.asp?pid=492&inf=fsp&wg=17

OR

MBA3073NP http://193.128.183.41/home/v3__product.asp?pid=584&inf=fsp&wg=17

I already have a SCSI setup so costs such as adapter cards and cables are a non issue.

It's difficult to tell them apart really. The only clue I can find is that the MAX... parts top out at 147Gb whereas there's a 300Gb MBA... part. This could mean the MBA has the higher data density (and hence better transfer rates) but there's nothing that I can see on the Fujitsu site to confirm that.

I'd pick the one with 16MB cache.
