Hi there, I'm looking at getting a couple of SCSI HDD's cheap but am finding it a tad confusing.

The drives I'm looking at getting are U160 80pin yet I cant seem to find any controller / raid cards that have 80pin connectors, only 68pin or 50pin.

Am I missing something here??

80 pin drives are designed to be used in hot swap servers and enclosures and so have an integrated power and data connector. You can pick up an adapter to split this out to a 68 pin data connector and a molex power connector fairly easily.
