I was recently browsing the bay, and came across a pair of 2The Seagate Cheetah 10K.7, drives with their names spelt incorrectly, thus the final price going for just over £40 which I bid on. Now I was only really bidding hoping that I'd win them and then sell them on, but I've cemi decided that I might want to put them in my rig and use them. I have absolutely no experience of scsi drives, and what I'll need to set them up.
Anybody got any advice?
They arrived this morning, and I have no way of testing them, but at the moment I'm just trusting the seller as he said they were working when he pulled them out of his rig...
