Thete is not its a fence on 3 sides and a house on the 4th .

It's not a concrete board it is painted wood, look how rotten the bottom is.

Fence and board lift out, drive out car, replace fence and board.

Bottom board is indeed concrete!

I took the pics yesterday, i thought it was a little odd.

If that is your driveway though, why would you put a fixed fence up without provision for a car sized gate anyway as with a gate it would still be sorn..

It's probably not a driveway, just a front garden and they needed somewhere to get the car off the road. So they lifted a fence panel and gravel board, drove it over the kerb and stuck it on the paving slabs.

Wierd isnt it as it looks like a flag stone paved driveway woth grass flanking either side. And it has a dropped curb in front.

The weird thing is that it looks like the fence is older than the car.

Car is a 59 plate Astra so not ancient and the tyres are inflated.

No gravel boards behind the trampoline leading to the next garden. Removable fence post and it would be easy to get out.......My theory.

Whats interesting is that while they seemingly have a serviceable drive with gates, they don't have a dropped curb outside the front of they driveway entrance!

What's even more weird is that you're managing to get some pretty close pictures of this layout , that last one looks like you could be stood in the corner of their garden!

I'm assuming you must know the neighbour, or maybe you are the astra owner

Would it fit between the posts if they lifted the fence and concrete panel out?

It would be very tight with practically zero margin for error.

The whole front panel looks like its coming away from the frame, so i think the fence just lift up and off

Considering he has a dropped kerb and a driveway though, wouldnt it make sense to have a gate big enough to fit a car through rather than lift a fence panel and block of concrete out every time you need to park up ?
