If anyone is thinking about getting one of these, then I would highly recommend you do.

I installed it lastnight with some AS5. Didn't really get chance to use it until now.

Let me just say that my PC has been on windows for the past hour and my 120mm fan hasn't started spinning yet. I have been running speedfan and it's currently sat at 22c

I would expect my temps to drop a little after the AS5 has bedded in a bit.

My CPU is an AMD X2 4400+ at stock

I have just upgraded from an Arctic Cooler 64 Pro (impulse buy really)

Does anyone know why you are unable to change the fan4+5 settings on the DFI Crossfire?

Cheers!

22C sounds a bit dodgy to me. Unless you have a very cold room there then I doubt those readings are accurate (as air can't cool below room temp obviously). Is that what the BIOS say as well?

Nevertheless, it is an excellent cooler :) !

Yep bios looks to be right. My fans kick in at 25> and its not started yet so I guess it must be right.

Here's a photo if u don't believe the fans not moving

That seems way to cold for a dual core. M7 170 loads at 40 (1.392v) with an xp120 and temps in my flat dont go above 14 degrees (scotland with bust boiler). What were your temps before the ninja?

i have a dual core with an XP-120 heatsink with a 120mm delta on top of it. when idle it's 19/20C and 27C under full load. considering that the OP has a ninja on there i believe those temps :)

Jesus, you guys must have embient temps of about 15 degrees then?! I only managed to get my 3000+ @ 2.4ghz to 17 degrees on as cold december day with the windows all open, watercooled too. Was quite fun actually sitting in ski gear and a hat :D

What's it like living in antartica?

Not too bad - just them bloody bears.

From all the temps quoted here unless room temp is at 13 degrees or so then it looks like everyones motherboard temp sensors are wrong.

the ninja with 2 deltas on it would rock!

Not realy :(

My Panaflo Fan is strapped to my Ninja and the stock ninja fan is also attached.

I get about 42oc Full Load on battlefield 2
