Looking for a 2Gb SD Card what's a good brand to get? I see Kingston are pretty cheap are they any good? I have a Kingston Flash drive which has been great so presumed their SD cards should be of the same quality.

I went with 2GB Sandisk ones(Just normal ones, not Extreme III) as they were only £12. 4Gb for £24 delivered is pretty good imo, and ive had no problems with them.

If you look arround on the net you can get the extremem III 2GB for £22.99 and the 4GB for £37.99

I was supprise since about 1 month ago the price for the 2GB was just £17.99

Looks like its sandisk then, I think the normal ones will be enough for me. All I will be doing is taking a few snaps and transferring to the PC.

dont buy it off ebay - they are fake

not ebay

a reputable ink/ memory / etc.. shop who happened to be doing free postage at the time. Most places on the internet sell the normal ultra II (not plus) for about £15. just most charge postage on top :)

From a Jersey DVD and Music retailer you can get a 2GB Sandisk Xtreme III for £17 delivered. End of story?

yeah they charge £15 delivered for the ultra II, same as the ink/memory place i used.

not worth the extra £2 unless you've got a proper camera. For us PAS noobies, the Ultra II at 10mbs is more than fast enough ;)
