I think they are nigh on terrorists, but that was pretty dangerous by the japs.

It's a small trimeran boat that was purposfully rammed by a significantly bigger boat, all along with that LRAD thing going off. At least when the sea shepard rammed them in the last series the boats were of equal size.

Considering it is (was) a small and maneuverable speedboat I can't see how on earth they managed to be hit by a large and slow whaling vessel. They have nobody else to blame but themselves.
