Just purchased a pair of Seagate 7200.10 250 gb hard drives. However, I'm pretty confused. I looked at the jumper on the back and it says if there's a jumper, you limit it to 1.5 gb/s rather than 3gb. However, it looks like there's a jumper in there already - a tiny grey one, although it may not be, as it looks smaller than usual and could just be part of the harddrive?
Also, I don't want to run them in RAID, so how can I select which one is primary and which secondary? It's not very clear and I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has these drives. Thanks!
