It seems that the next quickest drives bar SSD, Velociraptors and the large capacity drives over 1TB with 32mb cache are 500GBs from the benchmarks ive seen.
So based on all round performance which one would you choose? If there are just as fast drives at around ~300GB please suggest as that might work better for me if its the same price ill go with 500gb
