What would you go for 500gb 7200.9 or 7200.10 if you were getting offered the 7200.9 at £50 each and 7200.10 at normal price, and needed 4 of them for Nas box ?

The 7200.10s will obviously be faster but for a saving of around £20 per disk I'd just go with the 7200.9s because I'd guess the speed difference is unlikely to matter that much for a NAS box unless you will be loading it heavily.

I'd get the 7200.9 and keep the savings in my pocket. I think the current diff in price is 35 notes so you'd save a fair wedge going for the 7200.9 drives.
