The 2.5” is a PC drive but is compatible with the PS4. The game code is a PC game.

Yup, Robbie_G hit this one bang on, PS4's are compatible with 2.5" drives, so both of the listed FireCuda models are compatible with PC but the 2.5" one will also work internally in the PS4. The biggest difference between the two is that the spinning portion of the 2.5" version spins at 5400 RPM and the 3.5" version spins at 7200 RPM. If you are trying to cover your bases and make sure you've got the right one, the best way to check is by the model number:

The listing shows 2TB models, so we will go with those - 2.5", 5400 RPM is model ST2000LX001 while 3.5", 7200 RPM is model ST2000DX002.
