Hi,

Apologies for the delay in getting the code but we have to let it get past the 14 day return period so we can avoid any problems with the game code. Not the way we wanted to do it but the way we have to do it as per the terms we agreed to.
 
This Promotion is still running at the moment and I believe it will be running alongside any Black Friday deals.

We will start to email codes out on the 10th Novemeber for anyone who ordered between 27th and 29th.
 
You will get an order confirmation first then you will get another email with the code shortly after. It's just the way our system works. You will get the code today if you have had an order confirmation.
 
Yes still 14 days from purchase. You can give the code to a mate as long as only one of you follows the instructions in the email as the code then tags to the uplay account.

I have been emailing them out on the 14th day.

Good point. I can't see why not. Have you ordered one? It's just really hard to filter out all the systems to see who has bought what drive.
 
Hi,

When the items are added to a system the prices are not linked as it is a static price. If the reduction are big I would recommend calling us up and the sales guys will help you with the reductions so you can save a few extra pennies. It's all software so not easy for us to go through every system with price changes.

If you call the sales team tell them the system you want to buy so they have the base spec as this will save a lot of time. Hopefully they will be able to help you out or at least explain it a little better.

Once you have received your system message me on here and I will sort you out a game code for the SSHD purchase.

Apologies for the delay in replying they are open 8.30 - 5.30 weekdays and 9-5 weekends. They will help you get the best deal.
