HI does anybody have one of these .I would like to know first whether or not it's possible to remove the harddisk and replace it with my 80 gig sata drive.Or would I be better buying a 320 disk and an a sata caddie .

No reason why you can't change the drive inside but you will have to break the warranty seals to do this.

I believe it is SATA.
