I was intending to purchase this HDD:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 250GB ST3250824AS SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM (HD-058-SE)

But is this a better (& larger) drive to for, for the price difference?

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB ST3320620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD-078-SE)

Will the installation (cabling and connectors) be the same? an issues?

Is it worth getting these:

OcUK Anti-Vibration Hard Disk Mounts (Pack of 4) (HS-001-OK) ?
