Seagate NL35 range of drives

Hi, i have a couple of questions. I'm just wondering if anyone had an opinion on wheher Seagte's NL35 range of drives are worth the extra money?

I have come accross two drives in this range (400GB), any opinions on which drive to go for? I have found:

ST3400620NS
ST3400832NS

I've seen the drives mentioned in my last post for around £100 inc VAT.
