Went into a shop today, had 7200.10 with white glue near the motor and commented about they could suffer from noise, also had Maxtors but rather not buy them. She started getting all defensive that Maxtor are good drives and that Seagate bought Maxtor.
What ever happened to the phrase "customer is always right" I just said wouldn't buy Maxtor and she took it personally
and she said buying a Maxtor is basically the same drive as the Seagate.
