The one rule of storage is that you will always be able to fill the capapcity available. 300tb just means that games will have much larger textures/sounds etc, and videos can be stored in HD.
Even if drive sizes increased by 3 times as much each year (which doesnt happen) and taking the 750GB as todays biggest drive, then they still wouldnt reach the 300TB figure by 2010. This just isnt going to happen.
This is only usefull if the speed of the drive increases with the storage, otherwise you would be waiting 4-5 times as long for level loads, and looking at drive speed increases, there hasnt been a lot during the last few years.
