Seagate RMA problem

I had a 7200.11 go TU due to the firmware bug, and it got RMAd, and the replacement dispatched.

However, it looks like it was drop shipped from Thailand via 'Excel Transport Intl Ltd'. The UK courier they use never delivered the drive, nor left a card with the details on.

Via Seagate support, I was able to get a tracking number, and find out that the 'delivery failed'. However, seagate do not have any contact details for the courier or their UK agent. So I have no idea who to contact to get my drive.

A bit of a long shot, but does anyone remember who delivered an RMAd seagate drive, so that I could try them - rather than ringing around every courier company I can find.

As with any Courier/delivery Firm it will probably be the sender that needs to chase this up not the receiver.
imho they should send you a new drive and chase up their own mess.
