Hi anyone able to tell me how long the above takes, returned a drive on the 27th they say received on the 2nd but no updates since ?

I'd expect some movement by the end of the week, not necessarily the item delivered but they are usually decent at getting legit claims turned around.

Thanks all I just wondered as been in the chat queue for over an hour the last couple of days with no update

Curious, did you have to pay postage? Also where abouts did you have to send it to, was it a UK address or another country? Thanks. :)

it took about 2 weeks for my Rma to arrive, came from the Netherlands, shame it arrived DOA and I had to start the whole Rma process again, there Is a chat feature which you could try, they aren’t that helpful but you might get an idea on what’s happening

Just had an update leaving Netherlands on its way back, I tried the chat a few times but gave up each time as I was waiting forever for a reply. Hope mine arrives okay
