Seagate RMA

So today I got an email saying Seagate received my Freeagent.. a mere few hours later they sent another saying something is being shipped back. So I just have a quick question - How many days will their delivery take? It's coming from Coventry.

If it's comming from Coventry, it should be here tomorrow. They returned my busted 500GB last year VIA DHL. 2 weeks turnarround because it went to Germany for repairs, and DHL couldn't find my work place or card th door =/

Ok great.
Their emails are so unhelpful; they're full of = signs and that typewriter font, and don't give any useful information except the bare minimum of product numbers :eek:

As above, seagate seem to be pretty good with their RMA's never had one turned down and all had replacements within a few working days

2 days was my turnaround
