Seagate RMA

I've got a HDD to return to seagate. I've filled out the form and have got an RMA number. I have read the return instructions, but it's saying about printing a packing slip and putting it inside the package. I can only see the RMA number and return address to print out.

Any advice from those who've returned drives to Seagate?

Put your name and address, destination name and address, description of contents and RMA number, reason for return also if you can, on a sheet of paper and place inside the package.
