I know that drives with Seagate's Smartalign feature (allows you to use Advanced Format 4K drives in older O/S like XP just like any other hard drive) work fine with Server 2003 but does anyone know if they work in hardware RAID too? As the Smartalign magic works at the drive level I would assume so but you know what they say about assumptions.
