Drive suddenly stopped working.

2TB USB Seagate drive. Windows can't see it UNLESS through Disk Manager and it won't let me initialise the DISK it keep coming up with an error, please see pictures.

I have kept Clips4sale in good profit over the past 6 months so ideally don't want to send the drive off to be recovered.

Disk powers on and spins. Is there any way to access the files on the disk. Also tried SEGATE tools, no good either.

What's Clips4sale?

I'd consider removing the drive from its enclosure. Is it out of warranty?
