Whats been the best thing about the last football season for you?

*I'm not sure if we've already had this thread, but I'm tired and bored now.

For me, Sheffield Wednesday's take over, meant we could stay in business and can be *hopefully* back up playing at a much higher level.

Also; Keys and Gray. Epic pair of arrogant ass hats, can now get back to enjoy watching football on Sky. Football doesn't miss them.

heh! It was good for English / European football to have Liverpool back again, I mean that in the sense of them playing good football again and looking like a club that was moving forward with momentum, they'd become very stagnant previously (no offence :) )

Proudest moment as an Arsenal fan in a long time, pity it was pretty much the last decent thing we did all season.

I'd have to say that moment when dalglish walked out and raised his hand to the crowd on his return.

Closely followed by Gillette and hicks buggering off.

Closely followed by all the little moments where Henry/werner showed that they were far more savvy than Gillette and hicks ever were

Followed by the has torres scored for chelsea website.

Followed by suarez on multiple occasions.

Followed by the fantastic new Liverpool crowd songs for suarez ( depeche mode - just can't get enough) , Carroll ( sweet Caroline) and in particular maxi (heartbeat theme)

Bah...basically everything from January onwards :D
 
Berbatov's hat-trick against Liverpool, getting the winner after we let them back in at 2-2 made it even sweeter :cool:

Rooneys Goal of the Season :cool:

Parks goal against Chelsea in the Champions League Quartre Final second leg after Drogba had made it 1-1 on the night only seconds before :D

Chicharito's goal inside a minute in the title decider against Chelsea :cool:

Non United highlight has to be the 3-3 between Spurs and Arsenal, game of the season for me that :)

Closely followed by Birmingham City's relegation or Man United getting torn to shreds by Barcelona in the ECL Final.

Along with slapping United 3-1 (should have really been 3-0 .. concentration in stoppage time fail :( )

Remember the usual SSN crew saying they expect 'sir' Alex to teach Liverpool a lesson, Kenny had papered over the cracks but the team was still terribly bad and would be shown up completely by the far superior united team :D made it bitter sweet.

Also Kenny telling Wenger to do one after he threw a hissy stop ;)

Beating utd in the semi of FA Cup and then beating Stoke in the final, and gaining immediate qualification for the Champions League group stages, big thanks to Yaya/Shekih Mansour/Mancini and Wenger!

Had it not been for Nani having a spaz moment and the ref missing Carragher's assault I dont think you can bitch to much about letting a solitary injury time goal in tbh

You should be thanking your lucky stars you won :p
