Anyone know which of these they would recommend please?? Which is quietest?

Dunno about quietness etc, but modular is always nice and tidy and saves on case space

I have the M12 and it is pretty quiet, it being modular helps with the mess in my case!

Noise levels should be the same, but the corsair psus are better because they are exactly the same but quieter and have a longer warranty.

Almost all the cables can be disconnected from the psu so the cables you don't want can be stored away somewhere rather than cluttering up your case.
Like this.

Personally i think they're pointless because i always use all the cables on my psu's.

Apparently they reduce the efficiency of the psu a little but its not really noticeable.

modular psu's like the corsairs are still amongst the most efficiant you can buy

it doesnt make much, if any, difference.
