Seatbelts Locks?

Can anyone tell me if over here there are such things as seatbelt locks, you put/clamp them onto the belt so it cant be extended/retracted (depending where you place it)

Have them in NZ but cant find them over here

Only thing I've seen like that is an attachment for ladies and kids that adjusts where the belt crosses the chest. It would be with the child seats in the shops.

you mean a piece of plastic that clamps over the belt to stop it retracting so far?

If so yes, but I have no idea where.

My previous car had one fitted. I never needed to use it but it clamps the belt into place to remove some of the tension. It was called a 'Klunk Klip' I think.
