Hey all, Today i tried to reseat my 775 Stock Sink+Cooler, Am i meant to have taken it out of the case? Because one of the rods wouldn't go into the Mobo and i am only connected via 3.

Taking it out of the case would be a very good idea unless you have one with an access hole in the motherboard tray.

If you're using a cooler with the push pins then they take some force, especially the last 1, and there's very little support behind the motherboard.

Push too hard and the motherboard will likely flex and crack before the pin goes in.
 
I managed to do it by dissasembbling the PC, hitting 35C Idle now. Still using ****** fans, I have 4 nice Antec fans coming as well as a Antec CPU Freezer :D
